Breast augmentation is the #1 plastic surgery procedure according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) whose figures for 2007 show the top five surgeries to be:

1. Breast Augmentation
2. Liposuction
3. Nose reshaping
4. Eyelid surgery
5. Tummy tuck

On the non-surgical side, Botox comes in a clear leader with a whopping 4.6 million procedures reported in 2007. Botox is followed by hyaluronic facial fillers, chemical peel, laser hair removal and microdermabrasion.
