CONCORD, NH — W. John Funk, a New Hampshire attorney who advises timeshare developers and management companies regarding development, registration and administration of timeshare resorts, will moderate a panel at the annual conference of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), June 7th in Providence, RI. The panel will cover the challenges and solutions facing timeshare resorts in today’s economy. Specifically, the discussion will address so-called "timeshare rescue" or "timeshare relief" companies, how they are hurting resorts and what resorts must do to respond to the challenge.
