John Tumilty Joins MBBP as Chair of Business Litigation Group

WALTHAM, MA — Noted trial attorney John Tumilty has joined the Waltham-based law firm of Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, PC as a member and will chair the firm’s newly-expanded Business Litigation Group. Formerly a partner at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP, Tumilty has earned a reputation as a particularly skillful litigator in handling complex business and commercial disputes for companies, partnerships, and individuals.
